If you met with 10 realtors, they would all give you a different reason why they were the best person to sell your house. It might be their “launch plan”, which really probably entails $50 worth of flyers, $50 in Facebook and Google Ad Spend, and an open house. It might be their prestigious brokerage name, or maybe they will try to convince you they have access to a special buyer’s list. They might just tell you an unrealistic high sales price they can sell for to get you to sign the listing agreement. It’s all smoke and mirrors to get your listing. There is no substance behind what 99% of the realtors in the area are selling you.
